設定値はカートリッジの種類や容量によっても異なります。
カートリッジごとの設定内容は以下のとおりです。
FLOW Rate 流速(ml/min)
・IMAC 1ml： Standard=2 / Low=0.5
・IMAC 5ml： Standard=10 / Low=2.5
・GST, Protein A&G： 1ml, Standard=1 / Low=0.5
・GST, Protein A&G： 5ml, Standard=5 / Low=2.5
・eXact 1ml： Standard=1
・eXact 5ml： Standard=5
Wash容量 数値の単位(CV)はColumn Volumeです。
・IMAC 1ml： Standard=6 / Extended=10
・IMAC 5ml： Standard=6 / Extended=10
・GST, Protein A&G 1ml： Standard=12 / Extended=15
・GST, Protein A&G 5ml： Standard=12 / Extended=15
・eXact 1ml： Standard=14
・eXact 5ml： Standard=10
